I Still hear from some of the old boys especially John Williamson and Alan
Taylor who I see on a regular basis at the Millport Station when we take a
field trip over and stay for a night in Glasgow.
From our year I only hear from Barbara Pedley that Andy Menz is
somewhere in Africa but Andy Brand still keeps in touch.. As I said we went
over for the centenary and some of the old hands were there Dick, Prof Naylor, Mal Jones etc but I hope some more will turn up for June.
We have just celebrated 25 years for our Institute - Zoophysiology last
month and we still keep up the marine work both at field station and field
trips, Millport and Bermuda thrown in with Namibia and South Africa and
reserach on air breathing fish and more recently Bluefin Tuna research with
collaborations in the Med.
Looking forward to seeing you all again and catching up on the last 30
years.
